that would depend, if your sliders have been raised w/fish they usually won’t but with a fish that large and a tank that big, you could have some good luck

HlubOs on January 16th, 2009 at 6:00 am

wow this is a nice BIG fish tank.! nice turtles too. what kind are they.?

locoass on January 16th, 2009 at 9:34 pm

will my sliders attack huge cichlids, I am working on a 175 gallon tank. I will fill this to the top, bu wanted to know if my 4 sliders , 1 being a female she size of a plate, eat my 12 inch cichlid.

turtles produce mad amounts of waste, external filtration or undergravel filtration would be most beneficial but i guess it all depends on space and cash. Nice tank though fella im well jealous

    JmeJian90 on January 18th, 2009 at 7:35 am

Nice set up pal, how much was the tank etc.. I got a 20 gal ish like two days ago. I got 2 ybs and i wanna get a bigger tank.. One big enough to hold the turtles when their older.. Where can i get them from, i can’t seem to find many here in the UK, any ideas?

    arnoldstwin36 on January 19th, 2009 at 8:11 pm

i just bought a 125gallon tank and i’m undecided as far as filtration. What are you running in your tank? Whatever it is it seems to be working.

ESBEAUTII on February 20th, 2009 at 7:42 am

U should siphon out a little less than half of the water and replace it with fresh water My tan is bigger than this one on here and we do it about once every two weeks and we also change the scenary everytime we clean the tank.

ESBEAUTII on February 20th, 2009 at 8:58 pm
