It seems like the only cichlids that wont outgrow a 45g tank are convicts, blood parrots, and firemouths. I’ve never really liked dwarf cichlids as they dont really get all that big. Any suggestions on a tank setup? I also have a 30g tank that I’m looking to populate with 1-2 cichlids of some sort.
you should try dempsy convict or not that agressive but you should wait a while they are nasty and will gang up on any fish you put in there while there in this stage theyt won’t back down they will die for there seeds
I wouldn’t put another cichlid in there. They will probably be killed by the convicts. Especially dwarves. Try a larger schooling fish, like buenos aires tetras, tiger barbs, or giant danios.
