If you're putting africans together there's a couple ways to go. If you want babies, you're going to want to try to get 1 male and maybe 3-4 females... or if you just want lots of different kinds you'll want to slightly overcrowd them in order to disperse aggression. I had africans in a 75 and only had 8 or so and there was LOTS of aggression... until I added another 6 or 7 and then it was a lot happier in there.
